The only down side to April seems to me is the weekend already chosen. Why not pick another weekend in April? some constraints might be booking for the event center or other monetary issues. One Idea might be to switch to the south town expo center or another event center. Another Idea is to hold it out on the salt flats or other outdoor ventures but weather/power/water could be big problems. My vote is for April.

I think that a Spring show is better than a January show. I wouldn’t plan to make the drive up in January as I wouldn’t want to deal with the weather. If you are not able to get the dates you need for this year, you should look at scheduling for Spring 2016.

We are looking forward to being a part of your September show again next year. Please let me know when we can secure our space.

One of the problems with switching the venue is that the Salt Palace is the biggest venue available. The first year, SLCC was supposed to be held at the South Towne Expo Center originally and then it got moved to accommodate more people. Additionally, STEC is farther south whereas the Salt Palace is in downtown Salt Lake. Just a thought. I agree about the chosen April weekend though. I think they should choose a different weekend in April, but I actually like the idea of doing it in January. But that’s me.
