Find Salt Lake Comic Con at the Utah Pride Festival this year! Stop by our booth (#J4) for a chance to win a Salt Lake Comic Con 2017 passes and other fun prizes! Families are welcome at the Utah Pride Festival. Kids ages 12 and under FREE with Adult.

SLCC at the Utah Pride Parade

Salt Lake Comic Con will be marching in the Utah Pride Parade on Sunday, June 4. The parade begins at 10:00 am at 200 South West Temple, and ends at 400 East. We estimate we will be finished by 1:00pm.

Call For Parade Walkers

We invite our comic con family to march with the Comic Con Car at the Utah Pride Parade! It is FREE to participate and all-ages are welcome. Comic Con fans will meet before the parade begins by 10:30 am.

Those who participate (ages 9+) will receive a Thursday pass to Salt Lake Comic Con 2017 and a Friday Pass to Salt Lake Gaming Con 2017. Learn more below

If you would like to participate, please do the following:

  1. Sign-up on the official Salt Lake Comic Con Utah Pride Parade form: by Friday, June 2 at noon.
  2. Meet us before the parade by 10:30 am on 200 West between 300 South and 400 South (facing North) in Downtown Salt Lake City. Check in with our team before the parade to confirm your participation, and to sign the parade waiver.
  3. Stay safe in the sun! Please make sure you keep hydrated and shaded and wear sunscreen. Bring an umbrella and water bottle. We will have water available, and there will be free water on each block of the parade route.
  4. Show your comic con pride by dressing in cosplay, wearing a Salt Lake Comic Con or FanX t-shirt, or represent your favorite fandom in your own gear.
  5. Walk the parade route, bring your bike or scooter, or wear roller skates or blades. Strollers are also welcome.
  6. Unfortunately, no animals are allowed on the parade route.
  7. Your Salt Lake Comic Con Thursday pass will be issued to you the following week.
